Design Intent:

In this pediatric waiting space, a variety of settings, furniture arrangements, and seat heights are implemented to accommodate all users. The area on the left accommodates children and care partners by offering an engaging aquatic environment while implementing positive distraction. Additional wayfinding and traffic flow is enhanced through the use mixed surface materials. The area on the right accommodates the young adult population who may be seeking a more appropriate and mature environment.
