Global Products
Please use the Global Products Warranty with global customers who purchase products for install around the world where the same warranty is required, regardless of location. Refer to the Global Products Warranty for a list of global products. Products that are not included in the Global Products Warranty are considered regional products and will continue to be covered under existing regional warranties, including Americas, Asia Pacific, EMEA, United Kingdom and Ireland. Surface materials will continue to be covered under regional warranties.
Regional warranties
Products not subject to the Global Products Warranty are considered regional. Refer to the Global Products Warranty for the list of global products excluded from the regional warranty.
Consumer Warranties
Please use the consumer warranty with individual clients who purchase products for their personal use, either via Steelcase on-line shops or through Steelcase Authorized Resellers.

Through Circular by Steelcase: Remade, your used versions of Reply, Think, Let’s B, Pease, Eastside, and QiVi chairs are remanufactured, allowing you to enjoy them longer with significantly reduced carbon emissions and a high landfill diversion rate.
With Remade, your chairs will be cleaned and reupholstered with new foam and new fabric, and high-wear parts will be replaced. Remade chairs maintain their original durability, functionality, and comfort, and come with a 5-year warranty.
