A tiered classroom designed to support hybrid learning models. We reduced to half the seat in class and incorporated additional screens for students joining from a distance to be seen as presently physical students by the teacher. This was intended to create a feeling of equality for those joining from distance. The teacher has a nearby ROAM screen with the camera that allows him to move the camera as he is teaching, as well as to see the content he is presenting. On the front wall, an interactive projector allows for presentations to be updated with real-time notes and saved on the cloud. The space is mobile and reconfigurable and the 2 screens in the back are intended to support a 2-group formation so that virtual students can collaborate with in-class colleagues.
